According to Decree 60.989 of January 6, 2022, to have access to the event, it will be MANDATORY to present proof of vaccination with Janssen’s two doses or a single dose, against COVID-19.
The document can be physical or digital, available on platforms such as ConectSUS, Poupatempo or E-saúde, issued by a government agency in Brazil accompanied by a document with a photo. For foreign visitors, they must present the Traveler’s Health Declaration (DSV) along with a photo ID.
This obligation applies to ALL employees, suppliers, exhibitors and national and international visitors, according to Official Letter No. 049/2022 – RG 38º GV.
IMPORTANT: The presentation of a negative test for COVID-19 does NOT cancel the mandatory proof of vaccination.
We recommend the use of a respiratory protection mask, covering mouth and nose, during the period of stay at the event.
All participants will be submitted to a thermal measurement at the entrance of the event and entry will only be allowed to those with a body temperature below 37.3°C.
According to the guidance of the Ministry of Health, it is recommended to maintain a minimum physical distance of at least 1 meter between people.
If you have any symptoms such as cough, fever or sore throat, we recommend that you stay at home and if there are persistent symptoms, look for the nearest health service.
Wash your hands regularly with soap and water and use 70% alcohol available at strategic points for constant hand hygiene.
The common areas of circulation will be frequently sanitized by the event organizer with specific sanitizing liquid.
We advise that exhibitors keep their stands, windows and showcases equally sanitized.
Only use food courts to consume food, respecting the maximum capacity of the place.
For exhibitors, we recommend that all food and beverage distribution in the stands be carried out by a specialized team with individual portion/packaging, thus preventing the food from being exposed and subject to contamination.
We reinforce that to participate in the event, all employees, suppliers, exhibitors and visitors must comply with all the rules available in the Good Practices Guide.
Therefore, the organizer reserves the right to take any and all necessary measures against eventual violators, according to each case and circumstances, expulsion from the event venue and even liability for damages.
We emphasize that the information is subject to updating in accordance with the guidelines of the State Government of São Paulo, São Paulo City Hall and Sanitary Organs, in force during the period of the event.
ACCESS TO THE EVENT WILL BE ALLOWED ONLY IF ALL THE RULES MENTIONED IN THIS GUIDE TO GOOD PRACTICES are respected. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
