EnerSolar+BRASIL brings solutions and technologies to expand the distributed generation
Event promotes the industry development and presents alternatives in sustainable energy sources to the market from May 10 to 12, São Paulo.
Brasil has a high potential for expanding the distributed generation. According to ANEEL – National Electric Energy Agency, the country already has 1,285 connections, being 96% of solar photovoltaic source. The expansion of the distributed generation benefits the consumer-generator and the economy, as well as the whole brazilian electric system.
The Normative Resolution no 482/2012* has created the Electric Power Compensation System to allow consumers to install small generators, such as photovoltaic solar panels and wind microturbines in their consumer unit, and to exchange energy with the local distributor. As of March 1st, 2016, the normative resolution will go through an update.New rules will be applied, such as the permission of use of any renewable source, plus the qualified cogeneration with distributed microgeneration and installed power of up to 75 kW, and distributed minigeneration above 75kW and lower than or equal to 5 MW (3 MW for water source).
In the distributed generation system, the amounts of energy generated in a particular month that exceed the consumption are reversed to credit in the invoices of the following months. The credits can be used within 60 months).
The latest solutions and technologies focused on the distributed energy generation, as well as on the GTDC industries (Generation, Transmission, Distribution and Commercialization) will be in the EnerSolar + Brasil | Feira Internacional de Tecnologias para Energia Solar. The fair will be held from May 10 to 12, 2016 at São Paulo Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, na cidade de São Paulo. The 5th edition of the event made by Cipa Fiera Milano will bring together 80 exhibitors of the solar heaters, solar thermal panels, photovoltaic panels, air-generators, convertors, machinery for transportation and handling of biomass, heaters, boilers, among others, attracting around 12 thousand professionals in the industry.
Among the attractions held simultaneously to the Fair is the 6th edition of Ecoenergy | Congresso de Tecnologias Limpas e Renováveis para a Geração de Energia (Conference of Clean and Renewable Technologies for Energy Generation) under the theme “Ações e políticas públicas, soluções para o financiamento, inovação tecnológica, venda de excedentes e novos negócios em energia solar (Actions and public policies, solutions for financing, technological innovation, selling surpluses and new businesses in energy field)” will present a roundtable schedule and panels promoting important discussions among entrepreneurs, researchers, government officials, entities and associations related to this sector.
