The renewable energy already represents 42,5% of the brazilian energy matrix. The forecast, according to data released by the Ministry of Energy and Mines, is that this index reaches 45% in 2024. The availability of clean and renewable energy sources for energy generation and efficient use of natural resources has driven growth in participation of alternative energy, such as solar, wind and biomass. Besides meeting electric consumption need, the composition of different sources aims to make the country have a cleaner energy matrix.<\/p>\n

The continuously growing solar energy has a great market potential. Until 2024, 700 thousand household and commercial consumers will have photovoltaic panels installed on their roofs. It is estimated that by 2050, 13% of all residence supply in the country is made by photovoltaic panels, according to the Energy Research Company.<\/p>\n

Another highlight is the wind energy. Brazil has become the 10\u00b0 largest generator of wind energy in the world with the expansion of 62% (2014 x 2015), according to World Ranking of Energy and Socioeconomy. The Northeast is currently the largest producer in the segment, highlighting the States of Rio Grande do Norte, Bahia e Cear\u00e1, plus Rio Grande do Sul in the South. Last year, Brazil has also stood out in the biofuel field, ranking as the third largest producer in the world behind the United States and Germany.<\/p>\n

In times of increased consumption and demand for alternative energy sources, EnerSolar + Brasil | International Fair of Solar Power Technologies,<\/strong> main fair of renewable energy in the industry will bring together on May 10-12, 2016<\/strong>, the whole productive chain of the solar, photovoltaic, wind energy, biomass segments at S\u00e3o Paulo Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n

As a schedule highlight of the EnerSolar + Brasil 2016, the 6th<\/sup> edition of the Ecoenergy | Conference of Clean and Renewable Technologies for Energy Generation <\/strong>under the theme \u201cA\u00e7\u00f5es e pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, solu\u00e7\u00f5es para o financiamento, inova\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica, venda de excedentes e novos neg\u00f3cios em energia solar (Actions and public policies, solutions for financing, technological innovation, selling surpluses and new businesses in energy field)\u201d<\/em> will present roundtable schedule and panels promoting important discussions among entrepreneurs, researchers, government officials, entities\u00a0 and associations related to this sector.
