Opportunities for diversification in renewable energy sources in ENERSOLAR + BRASIL 2017
Promoting the debate of experts and government officials on critical issues and presenting solutions aimed at the solar, wind, biomass, GTDC and related industries, in order to help the development and expansion of the sector and influence people and companies to invest in the diversification of Renewable Energy Sources, the 6th EnerSolar + Brazil | International Fair of Technologies for Solar Energy, will be held from May 23 to 25, 2017, at the São Paulo Expo, in São Paulo.
One of the great innovations of this edition is Biomass Day, which will be held on May 24, where the potential of the combination of biomass and other renewable sources for energy generation will be discussed, such as public policies to leverage electric energy production from Biomass, cost-effective management of energy generation from agricultural waste, biogas and the savings generated in the light account of rural properties and the new products derived from biomass.
These and other topics will be discussed at the 7th Congress of Clean and Renewable Technologies for Energy Generation | Ecoenergy, an integral part of Enersolar, which aims to discuss the leverage of solar energy projects in Brazil and stimulate synergy among market players. The challenge of project financing, regulatory issues, technological advancement, complementarity with other renewable energy sources, overcoming bottlenecks and team building are strategic aspects that are part of this edition.
In the exhibition area, about 80 exhibitors bring innovations in the segments of solar heaters, solar thermal plates, photovoltaic panels, wind turbines, inverters, biomass transport and handling machines, boilers and burners. The event expects to receive about 12 thousand visiting professionals.
“The fair is a reflection of the industry in recent years and renewable alternatives for energy generation have shown good results in the country. By 2014, the country’s capacity to produce solar thermal power increased to 7.71 GWth (thermal gigawatts), which represented an increase of 4.5% in the year. From this advance, Brazil became the 5th largest producer of solar energy in the world. And, over these six editions, EnerSolar has become more interactive”, explains Rimantas Sipas, Commercial Director of Cipa Fiera Milano, responsible for the organization of the event.
